On April 14, at the invitation of Mr. David Armogan, Chairman of Region Six of Guyana, Chinese Ambassador Guo Haiyan visited the Wyburg-Caracas community, attended unveiling ceremony of a play park which is donated by the Chinese Embassy in Guyana. In his remarks, Chairman Armogan expressed appreciation to the Chinese Embassy for making such a donation and said it was another vivid embodiment of Guyana-China friendship. Local residents warmly interacted with Ambassador Guo and took part in cultural activities organised by Confucius Institute at University of Guyana.
